Our Online Care Groups are designed to be a one time opportunity for you and a few others to gather on a video chat with someone from our Soul Care team to pray together and encourage one another. Please use this form to provide a little information about yourself and select the best day and time for you to join an Online Care Group.
Please note: These groups are not ongoing, but designed to connect with you in a single meeting. If you would like to attend future Online Care groups please feel free to reach out and complete this form again. All Online Care Groups are intended for participants who are 18 years old and older.
